Favorite Sushi?

I have to say, I'm addicted to Uni (sea urchin.) I think about it everyday, it tastes like the ocean in your mouth! I try to convert others every chance I get but I find it very difficult. With that being said, the best sushi experience I had was in Shinjuku Nishi-Guchi at this really expensive kaiten sushi bar whose name I forget. I had several $20 nigiris of O-Toro which were beyond description! What's your favorite type of sushi?

Bluefin in Middleton, MA has great unagi and sake nigiri! They both melt in your mouth for sure! Oishiiiiii! I would like to try anago (salt water eel) and of bunch of other types!

The basics, maguro and sake and the hirame were very delicious. The sushi places here in the states just don't taste the same.; ▶ Reply to This

I have developed this sushi machine for those who have difficulties to roll their maki-sushis with the traditional bamboo mate. Moreover, the thinnest model to roll hosomaki let you roll very thin makis that are quite difficult to realize with the traditional makisu.
I have just started to produce this machine that I have patented and I would appreciate any comments.
